MyFedTrainer is comprised of a dedicated team of trainers committed to empowering professionals in the area of federal grant compliance. Through virtual and in-person courses, MyFedTrainer’s goal is to equip teams and individuals with the expertise and resources needed to navigate the intricate landscape of federal grants, ensuring compliance while enabling them to focus on driving impactful initiatives within their organizations and communities. Q: What do you love about grants management?

It involves a mix of qualitative and quantitative skills. We enjoy working with organizations that need assistance and helping them manage the complexities of federal grants. 

Q: What would you like NGMA members to know about your company?

We offer virtual and in-person trainings, and our cornerstone program is the Grants Management Boot Camp course. We are building out our courses to offer different learning options, including virtual live sessions, and support to training participants after the course, including a cultivated pool of resources. These courses are ideal for building out a team's knowledge of grant compliance and an organization's culture of compliance.

Q: What is a surprising fact about your company?

We have been around since 2010. I (MyFedTrainer Principal Rachel Werner) have recently taken the lead in this organization from [former Principal] Lucy Morgan, who retains a role as a director for MyFedTrainer.
