Suspension and Debarment are administrative remedies that help protect the federal government from fraud, waste, and abuse. This session will provide a basic understanding of suspension and debarment tools used to ensure that the government is conducting business with individuals and entities who are presently responsible.
- Establish a fundamental understanding of suspension and debarment.
- Describe the differences between suspension actions and debarment actions.
- Identify when a suspension or debarment exclusion may be implemented.
