Program Description: The “Omni Circular” (2 CFR Chapter I and II Part 200 – Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards) Subpart C, Pre-Federal Award Requirements and Contents of Federal Awards, requires agencies to perform certain actions, including: pre-award requirements, merit reviews and risk assessments. Participants will learn how Subpart C will affect grant administration activities, the required elements and ways to document compliance with the CFR.
To obtain an overall level of understanding of the changes brought on by the Omni Circular.
To obtain an introduction to Subpart C covering: pre-award requirements, merit reviews and risk assessments.
To gain an understanding of how the changes may affect participants’ grant management processes.
