We encourage all Northern California members and members in the surrounding area to JOIN US for a webcast, discussion, and an opportunity to network with other grant professionals in the area.
While chapter meetings are a member-only benefit, non-members are able to experience one complimentary meeting. If you know someone who has not attended an NGMA chapter meeting and would benefit from the topics we discuss, feel free to invite that colleague to this meeting.

Recorded Webcast presentation by: Edward T. Waters, Managing Partner, FTLF and adjunct faculty, George Washington University School of Law
This webinar will explore a common challenge in the Federally-funded world; what to do when you have multiple funding be it federal, state, local or private that pays for similar programs with overlapping resources. Ted Waters will explore direct cost allocation concepts, goals and strategies to ensure fair allocation to “benefitting” cost objectives, often in lieu of an indirect cost rate agreement or in situations where such an agreement is inappropriate.
Strategies for allocation of joint costs.
Ways to ensure proper documentation of those strategies.
