This session will focus on one organization’s process for administering Federal grants as a pass-through entity. From the development of a Notice and Application Instructions to Scoring, Utilizing Community Reviewers and providing Feedback and Notification to Applicants. The presenter will share tips, tools, sample documents and lessons learned.
Participants will gain an understanding of the elements of pre-award and how to think through required elements from Uniform Grants Guidance including how to incorporate minimum requirements and working with varying timelines.
Participants will learn of best practices in utilizing Community/Peers for conducting a review of submitted applications.
Participants will explore tools for conducting review, methods for providing feedback to applicants and options for notification of selection.
